All fees are payable in U.S. dollars via credit card or wire transfer as outlined in the SOW. Late payments accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, YT AGENCY retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, scripts and creative assets. Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license for agreed deliverables upon full payment.
